State Copyright Resource Center

“It turns out that figuring out whether state documents are copyrighted is a tricky question.”

The Harvard Office for Scholarly Communication has created the State Copyright Resource Center to help identify the relevant laws in each state.

WE NEED YOU!

The State Copyright Resource Center will not be complete without help from our fellow librarians, archivists, researchers, and others.  State specific experts needed and necessary to develop, update, and improve the State Copyright Resource Center. Please get in email the Harvard OSC group to help out.

      Hi Sarah,
Copyright with local government documents is pretty much the same as state docs. I’m not aware of any comprehensive resources like the State Copyright Resource Center for that jurisdiction.
